Well, I'll be plucked...

I'd make a Falco joke but it's already been done. Maybe some day Revali will get to be a Falco clone in smash and everyone will complain that he's a clone of a clone.

I know everyone else hates this guy because he's such an ass but I find his prideful attitude hilarious and charming. Also, I love his voice actor and his power is tons of fun to mess around with. Also, his temple is the most fun (and pretty to look at) and Teba's little quest was probably the most fun attack on a divine beast (I really like Sidon's too but the ice blocks were annoying and Teba at least had the decency to give Link arrows instead of throwing him in front of an extremely powerful Lynel and hoping for the best). On a side note, I also like Teba, he's surprisingly cool for someone who was built up to be an asshole and also, I love his design, I think I'll post the gif of when you first meet him.
It's also kind of a breath of Fresh air to see a Rito, that is not humble in the slightest and I love how Revali doesn't learn his lesson, I felt that would be a bit too clichéd and I was pleasantly surprised.

I might be a little biased because of Nim being a Rito, I love the species, their connection to Nayru, because I love sky and ice areas, also arrows are my favourite form of attack and not mention I love smartass/grumpy characters (Nim and Eevee, being like each of them in some form), it's possible that Teba and Revali are characters that I like but I don't think I can convince people who hate them, that they're awesome because the reasons I like them are personal.

Also, I love the Rito village theme. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!! Love it.
